Prepare functional documentation. Support security audits and regulatory compliance.
Background in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Actuarial Sciences. Preferably experience in insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals, mass sales, online market, or related sectors. Fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus. Analytical, communicative, and team-oriented. Ability to plan, work autonomously, and adapt flexibly. Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Nice to have: SQL, Python. Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Big Data, databases, and document management systems.
