Support sales bonus achievement administration, including data quality checks and analysis. Manage target letters administration, customer support, and reporting. Assist in quarterly business planning and compensation processes. Handle achievement exceptions and corrections tracking. Coordinate SPIFF and achievement changes processes. Improve data quality in the sales compensation management tool. Provide support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data. Consolidate planning and sales compensation updates for meetings. Maintain and update the Sales Compensation Playbook. Develop key guidelines and rules for sales compensation processes. Create Q&A documents for sales employees.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on. Fast and enthusiastic learner. Experience dealing with large sets of data and numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus).
